Students who speak confidently, both publicly and in an interview, perform better on assessments and college applications. GHC students will learn how to articulate their beliefs to receive the best opportunities in life.
Our students will learn the way computers works including algorithmic thinking, collecting and interpreting data, and the logic behind computer science languages. Granada Hills Charter will be an early-adopter of the new California standards for K-12 computer science to prepare our students for the careers of the future.
GHC students will thrive in project-based assessments that require real-world problem solving by conducting meaningful, mission-driven community service projects. Students will become outward thinkers who will use their skills to identify problems in our community and create solutions.
